February 1, 2019, Silkeborg, Denmark – SIWI Maskiner ApS has been selected for phase 2 funding by the highly-competitive Horizon 2020 SME Instrument – the EC’s leading platform supporting highly-innovative European SME’s with potential for major market impact based on strong innovation. The EC grant will be utilized towards productization and market introduction in the agricultural sector.
The news that SIWI Maskiner’s application for the EU Horizon 2020 program for small and medium-sized enterprises has been satisfied is received with great joy at SIWI in Silkeborg. “We are extremely pleased that the EU recognizes the great potential we see in our combined coupling system and supports continuous development,” said Rasmus Helms, managing director of SIWI Maskiner ApS, and continued; “For us, the combined hitch system is more than just a project – the entire SIWI team is deeply committed to ensuring that the combined hitch series represents all that SIWI has to offer. it also means a lot to support during the development process. ”
The competition for Horizon 2020 funding has been fierce and the application process has been a long journey, everything has been carefully thought out and all long-term possibilities have been considered.
